There are below 3 categories for entries

(a) Student Shorts (school/college ID card must be provided):

Fiction,Drama,Animation,Documentary, Social awareness etc.No restriction on the topic,theme,subject or genre of the film.

Duration should be 45 minutes or less.

(b) Professional Shorts :

Fiction,Drama,Animation,Documentary, Social awareness etc.No restriction on the topic,theme,subject or genre of the film.

Duration should be 45 minutes or less.

(c) Feature Films:

Fiction,Drama,Animation,Documentary, Social awareness etc.No restriction on the topic,theme,subject or genre of the film.

Duration should be more than 45 minutes.

Awards: BIFF is a competitive festival with cash awards & trophies in various categories finalised by festival management.
